Chipotle in Riverside

Past couples of times I ordered through delivery service I have been missing items from my order. Idk what that is about but it’s kind of annoying now

The order was correct but the food had no taste. The chili corn salsa had no flavor tasted plain. The carne asada on my burrito seemed like it had no seasoning whatsoever or the chicken on my wifes bowl. The chips seemed over fried and tasted plain. Overall will not go to this chipotle anymore.

Way Overpriced On Guacamole $2.25 For A Spoonful Man The Guacamole Might Be Growing Gold. Chipotle Should Be Ashamed !!!!

I need to remember how delicious the food is when you eat it at the restaurant, instead if taking it home or having it delivered. Yum!!

I went to this location to pick up lunch and I got home opened my chips and there was a hair in them.

I love Chipotle. However, this one in particular is so dirty. The trash is always overflowing and the restrooms havent been cleaned since they opened.

Ingredients are crazy inconsistent. Go to the MoVal locationedit: ok I put in an order online and this time they just straight up forgot to put the meat it in even though it’s printed on the web order receipt smh demoted from 2 stars to 1

Great food. The burritos are big. The people working were friendly.

Very disappointed in the service. Made an online order more than 30 minutes from my desired pickup time and I still had to wait and extra 30 mins when I arrived to pick up my order. I had to talk with an employee about my order not being out in time and until then my order started being made. I had already sat there for 20 minutes waiting for it. When it finally came out, my order was dropped in my face at the table I was sitting at.

Fast. Good service. Nice people.

Was able to eat inside. Everything was very clean. The employees were very customer service foused.

Today was the first time I have ordered online and picked up my food. I had 9 family members over for late lunch on my patio. The order was so messed up it was not funny. 4 of the .o had never had Chipotle and I am sure will share with others that they will not partake in the future. I spent close to $100 and did not receive correct orders, complete orders, extra sides not received, though charged for. When I called to speak to a manager after my family left, I was never answered I called 3 more times and no one in the store ever picked up. I will be reaching out again. This is horrible service learned my lesson. NO MORE CHIPOTLE!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could.

This place has gone downhill so much. Its almost impossible to get service here. I mean you will wait in line for 15 minutes with one or two people in front of you while they tell you Im sorry for the wait and continue to make food for online orders. When its time to pay! Good luck. I stood there for 10 minutes after my food was made because they wouldn’t get the cashier to help customers. Typical time from walking in, with a 2-3 people in line, to walking out the door is atleast 20-25 minutes. Its happened 3 times in past two weeks. I timed it the last two trips. My other family members wont even go here anymore because of how lousy the service is. Get it together chipotle riverside plaza. I can drive to farther chipotles and be back before this place will have you out taken care of. LOUSY SERVICE! Worst Chipotle around.

It was noon time and the line went fast. Everyone was smiling and food was great. I do think the portion size has gone down alittle but still yummy.

I like going to this restaurant because they're very considered. They always change their gloves when I asked him to I'm gluten intolerant. They're always friendly and the food is great.

Food here is always good everyone knows chipotle will give you bountiful blessing on everything but the meat LOL but other than that the food here is always good

I ordered a bowl through DoorDash a few hours ago, and two toppings were missing from it. I checked my receipt via DoorDash and the receipt attached to the bag. They both clearly state the items that were missing: corn salsa and fajita veggies. Had I known people would be so careless, I would have spent my money elsewhere. It’s unfortunate the delivery drivers can’t always verify everything is in the meal.

Chipotle is always wonderful, bcuz u customize ur food to ur liking. Customer Service is always pleasant . They are accommodating and patient. Have never had a problem at anyone I've gone to. Riverside Plaza is my place that I usually go to close to my home

Bad night...not terribly busy and they were out of two kinds of salsa, had no guacamole, no white rice, and no steak. No one was in the process of doing anything about it [I asked and was told nothing was being done.] When I was in restaurant work, we sent someone to a local grocery store for needed supplies, usually before completely running out. This shows poor planning, and a bad and unsympathetic attitude. Complimentary menu items should have been the very least that was offered. It's not like those places are running on razor thin margins - they are not. Also, how hard is it to have adequate white rice stock?

Still good food and a great value ... i like the salads with the super greens, brown rice and black beans with chicken ...

I love chipotle. That's all there is to it lol.

Last night, 5/30/19, around 9 pm, I went here. It was the worst experience I have ever experienced at a Chipotle. The girl that was serving me gave me the smallest portions I have ever seen. It was embarrassing how small the portions were. Needless to say, I will never order from here again! Also, I have expressed my displeasure with family members, friends, and co-workers!!!

The cleanest Chipotle I have been too, clean, clean, clean. Very Conscientious. Steak bowl was awesome. Tables clean, drink vending area clean, makes you feel good.

The smallest burrito I've ever gotten from Chipotle SMH 🤦🏻‍♂️

The food was good but the portions are MUCH smaller than the small Chipotle on Trautwine and VanBuren next to the Albertsons. The outside areas were FILTHY with full condiment bottles on top of trash receptacles, trash cans over flowing onto the pavement and tables not cleaned or wiped down. I ordered the chicken bowl and my partner ordered the one also and it wasn't the same as it usually is. I'm giving 3 stars because the food was tasty and the service was nice but the establishment housekeeping was disappointing.

Servers not very friendly and they're stingy with their servings. First time at this location and have never experienced that at Chipotle before, smallest burrito i've ever had, and I even had to tell them to add more! I won't be visiting this location again!

I go to Chipotle a little less now than I used to. Thanks to Chronic Taco! Chipotle is still the same! Good for a starving emergency when you don't have time to get home and make yourself something decent or when you betwwen stops on a busy day. It's good food but nothing to write home about!

I absolutely love Chipotle! To be honest, I feel like I could be addicted to it lol. The customer service is great and the food is fantastic. Highly recommend the bowl with whatever you want in it! My favorite is white rice, black beans, steak, guac, sour cream, and cheese. Simple but my absolute favorite thing to order! Recommend Chipotle to anyone! Even if you don't like spicy foods, a little spice won't hurt👏

Amazing! I've had a few bumpy experiences with Chipotle in the past but was just absolutely blown away by the service at this location. I was greeting kindly by Alexis as she helped me pick out something new to try. What a great way to rekindle a lost relationship with Chipotle! Thank you!

Chipotle is always a 5 star visit. Sometimes the meat is a little chewy because they don't waste any pieces, but if you pick those out first you're fine.

Is it just me or does it feel like when I order with Doordash or Ubereats my orders are prepped with hardly any care?? Also they ALWAYS forget to give me my dressing with my salads. Step it up Chipotle

I ordered chicken and carnitas cuz I don’t eat beef and everything was written on the bowl correctly and they gave me steak and carne asada

I just ordered from your location. The quality for the food sure does suck now! I ordered the steak bowl and all the steak is so tough and gristly. Please bring back good food and good cuts of meat!

Typical Chipotle. Restuarant was clean and maintained. Friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Always a long line for lunch, tree service is fast, food is delicious.

it was an overall pretty good experience at this location as the food was prepped greatly and the line moved quickly. i'll take one star away because their lobby (although closed due to CoViD) was a mess and so was the outside patio. the trash can was overflowing and when we left our trash was piled higher than the can itself

I don't want to be mean but the meat(steak) doesn't taste that good, it needs more flavor!. The rice and beans need more pizazz also! The chips and guacamole were the best part of my meal! Also i felt rushed while ordering. Other than that you guys rock!
